The facility, which has 40 rooms, one of which is for the disabled, offers a sea view in 90% of its rooms with its open and spacious architecture, 3.60 meters ceiling height, French balconies, and offers bed and breakfast service to guests aged 16 and over. The facility offers a very large mixed breakfast for breakfast, regardless of single or double occupancy, and a mixed breakfast is served until 10:00 on weekdays and 14:00 on weekends for guests coming from outside. The 5th floor terrace suite has a unique view, wood-burning fireplace, panoramic bathroom, jacuzzi on the terrace and red design, offering personalized entertainment preferences.
